How To Measure
How to Measure Yourself
To find your perfect fit, use a soft tape measure and follow the guide below. Measure over light clothing where possible and keep the tape measure snug, but not tight.
Chest
Stand naturally with your arms relaxed by your sides. Measure around the fullest part of your chest, from one arm pit to the other, keeping the tape measure level all the way around.
Body Length
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the base of your neck) straight down to where you’d like the jumper to finish. You can compare this with the body length in our size guide.
Sleeve Length
With your arm relaxed, measure from the top of your shoulder, down the outside of your arm, to your wrist bone.
Top Tips
- Ask someone to help if possible for the most accurate measurements.
- Keep the tape measure flat against your body without pulling it too tightly.
- If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit or the smaller size for a closer fit.
- If you’re buying for someone with sensory sensitivities, many people find that sizing up provides a more comfortable, less restrictive fit.
