Affiliate Terms and Condition

📝 SLT Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 28.5.2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the My Best Interest Ltd Affiliate Program ("Program"). By signing up, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be a practising Speech and Language Therapist
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.

2. Commission and Payouts

  • You earn £5 commission on every valid sale made using your unique referral link or code.
  • Payments are made monthly, via bank transfer or PayPal
  • A minimum payout threshold of £10 applies.
  • Payouts are only made for successfully delivered and non-refunded orders.
  • Affiliates will receive monthly sales reports

3. Referral Code Usage

  • You will receive a custom referral code upon approval.
  • This code can be shared with clients, families, schools, or colleagues.
  • You must not misrepresent the relationship between you and My Best Interest Ltd.

4. Disclosures

  • Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with My Best Interest. E.g., “As an affiliate of My Best Interest, I may earn a small commission if you purchase through this link.
  • Disclosures must be clearly visible in every post, story, email, or page promoting affiliate links.

4. Marketing Guidelines

  • Promotion Methods

    Allowed: Personal websites, newsletters, client email lists, social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), 

    Not allowed: Paid ads on Google, Facebook, or Instagram using “My Best Interest” branding or trademarks without written permission; misleading backlinks; coupon websites; spammy mass emails.

    No misleading or exaggerated claims (e.g., “this jumper will cure communication issues”).

• No political, discriminatory, or offensive content near or alongside affiliate promotions.

• Affiliates may not alter product designs or use unofficial imagery unless approved.

• Affiliates must comply with professional codes of conduct in their field.

You may request branded marketing assets from us.

5. Discounted Product Requirement

  • You are eligible to purchase one discounted sweatshirt as part of your participation.
  • You are encouraged to wear and share photos of the product to boost referrals.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All My Best Interest Ltd assets (logos, designs, images) remain our property.
  • You are granted limited, non-exclusive use to promote the affiliate products.

7. Termination

  • You can leave the Program at any time by contacting us.
  • We may terminate your participation if:
  • You breach any terms of this agreement.
  • You engage in unethical, harmful, or dishonest promotion.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of major changes.
  • Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages or lost profits arising in connection with this program.
